Classic Pumpkin Pie |
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Cut 1 sugar pumpkin in half and scrape out seeds and pulp.
  3. Place cut side-down on a sheet pan lined with foil.
  4. Bake 1 hour, or until tender.
  5. Scrape out pumpkin flesh and puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for several months.
