This sparkling pretty-in-pink cocktail is perfect for any celebration!

Sparkling raspberry rose cocktails

I don’t consider myself a super girly-girl, but I gotta admit it— I love pink! Pink foods in particular, and especially this time of year. February is when I can make all my pink, cute, and (okay, fine) girly sweet dreams come true. ♥

This fun and easy cocktail requires just 2 ingredients, raspberry liqueur and sparkling rosé. It’s sweet, fizzy, and perfect for sharing either with your Valentine or your girlfriends.

I had a bottle of raspberry liqueur leftover from my sister’s wedding cake and I wanted to put it to use for a fun Valentine’s recipe, and I thought what better way than with a cocktail?

I already love the flavor combo of raspberries and rosé wine (see these raspberry rosé cupcakes and this raspberry rosé sorbet) and so this cocktail was no-brainer. If you’d rather not buy a bottle of raspberry liqueur, you can make a raspberry simple syrup instead. Simply simmer a 6 oz container of raspberries with 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar and strain to remove the seeds.
