The 10 Most Popular Recipes of 2017
Can you believe another year has come and gone? I mean really, where did 2017 go?
This past year I shared almost 100 recipes with you. 100! That’s a lot of butter and sugar, and downright deliciousness. Today I’m counting down the top 10 most popular recipes on my blog from 2017.
Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Bars— Think strawberry rhubarb pie, except easier, and that’s what you get with these crumb bars. They’re soft on the inside and crispy on top, sweet yet slightly tangy, and altogether completely scrumptious.
Pan-Fried Zucchini Chips— this has been my favorite way to use summer zucchini! Serve it as a side dish, afternoon snack, or light lunch.
Princess Cake— I made this cake in memory of my Mom, as it was one of her favorites. It’s a beautiful and unique cake with layers of sponge cake, vanilla custard and raspberry jam all covered in marzipan.
Challah Rolls— soft, delicate, and super flavorful challah bread baked into little knots, these rolls are the perfect accompaniment for any meal.
Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas— these enchiladas are exactly the ones my Mom made for us growing up and I still make them all the time.
Berry Poke Cake— this is like all of those poke cakes you see, except this one is made completely from scratch with fresh fruit and real whipped cream.
Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies— these extra-large cookies filled with oatmeal and chocolate chunks have been a favorite of our family for years.
Mini Mushroom Tarts— these easy puff pastry tarts filled with mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and fresh rosemary make a great appetizer for any occasion.
Strawberry Skillet Pie— this easy fresh strawberry pie baked in a skillet is a simple summer dessert you’ll come back to all season long.
Bourbon Butterscotch Cake— This layer cake is a whiskey lover’s dream come true, with layers of bourbon cake frosted with a bourbon butterscotch buttercream and drizzled with more butterscotch.
