Want to make your breakfast routine even easier? Blend up your smoothie the night before and pour it into an air-tight container like a mason jar, then store in the fridge. The next morning, just give it a good shake, and go!

Mango Pina Colada Smoothie

A healthy smoothie with pineapple, mango, banana and coconut is a sunny way to start your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, well-shaken
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
