Brownie Berry Parfaits
Homemade brownies, berries, and whipped cream layer together to make this super simple summertime dessert.
This recipe was developed in partnership with the American Butter Institute.
The thermometer has been there for weeks, but today the calendar finally caught up. Summer is here! And for me summer sweets should be all about quick and easy, light, and fun. Bonus points if there’s fresh summer fruit involved.
I’m such a berry gal. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries— I love them all. And they’re all currently stocked in my fridge. I just can’t get enough!
These brownie berry trifles are my kind of summer treat. Fudgy brownies + whipped cream + berries. Such a great combo!
There are multiple ways to serve this—
1) In individual glasses, as shown here.
2) In one big bowl or trifle dish.
3) As part of a dessert bar where guests can assemble their own. How fun would that be for a summer dinner party?
No matter how you serve it up, the results are sure to be the same— chocolaty, creamy, berry-y bliss!
