And I’m the creator of Completely Delicious, a trusted source for tried and true baking and dessert recipes and family-favorite savory meals and dishes for over 15 years. Welcome to my blog!
How it all began
In 2008 I was a new college grad with a desk job, and I was bored. The Food Network was all the rage back then and food “web logs” were pretty new but so much fun to read. I felt inspired to get in the kitchen, learn more about baking, and share my adventures online with a blog of my own. And it was so fun!
I attended culinary school briefly in 2009 which gave me an excellent base of knowledge, but most of my expertise has some from years and years of trial and error and learning on my own. What started as a fun hobby turned into a full time job somewhere along the way and I haven’t looked back!
What you’ll find here
Baking will always be my #1 passion, so you’ll find lots of baking and dessert recipes here, as well as helpful tips and tutorials for all kinds of baking projects (to be honest, I just love dessert!). But after so much encouragement from family and friends, I also share my family’s favorite meals and other savory dishes too.
The mission of CompletelyDelicious.com is to provide accessible recipes for bakers and cooks of all levels. I use traditional ingredients (like real butter, granulated sugar, and all purpose flour) for both classic and nostalgic favorites and new unique creations. With baking tips My hope is to provide you with all of the knowledge needed to make whatever delicious recipe you find here!
CompletelyDelicious.com is also a one woman show. Everything* you see on CompletelyDelicious.com is done by yours truly! I do not work with a team or have any employees, and all recipe development, writing, and photography is created solely by me. (*The only exception is my recipe videos are created by Tied and Tasty Food Videography.)

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my husband Steve and our two sons. When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy watching artsy movies and spending time outdoors hiking, running and skiing. I love white wine, popcorn, and just about any kind of sour candy.
