Easy Yogurt and Granola Breakfast Parfaits (Three Ways)
A fast, easy, and light breakfast or snack made of granola, yogurt, and either fresh fruit, jam, or lemon curd. Make it even easier with all store-bought ingredients.
I’ve got a new favorite way to start the day. It’s fast, easy, light and incredibly satisfying. Not to mention completely adaptable to whatever I’m in the mood for that morning.
Lately I’m all about quick and easy granola and breakfast parfaits made with either lemon curd, jam, or fresh fruit. They help keep my morning simple, my tummy full, and my taste buds happy.
If you want to keep it as simple as possible, you can use all store-bought ingredients. But if you want to make your parfaits completely homemade, check out my tutorial for how to make your own granola. You can also make your own lemon curd and strawberry jam. I have yet to make my own yogurt, and I think I’m going to have to try it soon!
Breakfast and I have always had a sort of on-again, off-again relationship. And now that I have a baby that loudly demands a satisfying breakfast first thing in the morning, it’s gotten even more tricky. I need something we’re both going to enjoy, and fast. These granola and yogurt parfaits are the perfect solution. I keep all the components on hand and putting them together takes a matter of moments. I can even make a to-go version to hand to my husband as he heads out the door for work.
Thanks to this wonderful combination of crunchy granola, tangy yogurt and fruit, breakfast and I are best friends again. What’s your favorite quick and easy breakfast?

Love the sound of this! So tasty looking!
Your photos are so stunning and I love the sound of all the parfaits!
These look adorable. I’m usually a little bit of a beast when I have yogurt and granola and just pile as much as possible in a bowl….
All three of these look absolutely delicious. I’m loving lemon flavors right now and the berries have been so good!
Delicious, fast, and easy! And you can use any fruit with it, canned or fresh. I love mandarin oranges and peaches are so good as well.
Can you make this up the night ahead? We are having a brunch party and this would be great but I don’t think I”ll have time to put them together that morning. will the granola get soggy if made up ahead of time?
