A simple cinnamon-sugar recipe to use in baking
Cinnamon-sugar is one of my favorite “spices” and I always have a jar in my pantry for sprinkling on toast or to use in baking. I’ve found the best ratio is 4 parts granulated sugar to 1 part cinnamon. For example, 1/4 cup sugar to 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. If you want a stronger or lighter cinnamon flavor, adjust that amount as desired.
