Melt the bittersweet chocolate in a heat proof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water., or in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and pour chocolate into a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Spread chocolate to about ¼ inch thick, it should be about 8x12 inches.
Scatter the candy bar pieces, peanuts, M&Ms/Reese's Pieces, and candy corn over melted chocolate, making sure each piece is touching the chocolate.
Melt the white chocolate the same way you melted the bittersweet chocolate. Drizzle it on the top of the candy bark.
Let cool in the fridge for 1 hour. Cut or break into irregular pieces. Store in a cool place, or the fridge for several weeks, if it will last that long.
Note: Feel free to use whatever candy bars or chocolate candy you have, such as Reese's peanut butter cups, Snickers, Kit Kats, Whoopers, etc.
