An easy and fun treat of yogurt and strawberries topped with a lid of caramelized sugar. Enjoy for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
2cupsplain whole-fat yogurt, greek or regular(455 grams)
1cupstrawberries, sliced (125 grams)
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar, divided (25 grams)
Instructions
Combine the strawberries with 1 tablespoon of the sugar and let sit for 5 minutes. Combine with the yogurt. Spoon into 4 ramekins and smooth the tops.
Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and caramelized with a kitchen torch. Serve immediately.
Notes
Note: It's best to work quickly with one ramekin at a time, sprinkling each individually with sugar and caramelizing before moving on to the next one. Letting the sugar sit too long on the yogurt mixture will release liquid which can inhibit caramelization.Recipe adapted from Fine Cooking.
