Ingredients
2cupswater or coconut water
1cupfrozen watermelon chunks
1cupfrozen pineapple slices
1cupfrozen mango slices
1cupfrozen strawberry slices
Instructions
Place the frozen watermelon, pineapple, mango and strawberries in a blender.
Add the water or coconut water and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
Note: this smoothie is best made in a large blender like a Blendtec or Vitamix. If you have a smaller blender (like I do), you may want to cut the recipe in half.
