The ultimate fruity smoothie made with watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and mango. Perfect for summer snacking!
- 2 cups water or coconut water
- 1 cup frozen watermelon chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple slices
- 1 cup frozen mango slices
- 1 cup frozen strawberry slices
Place the frozen watermelon, pineapple, mango and strawberries in a blender.
Add the water or coconut water and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: this smoothie is best made in a large blender like a Blendtec or Vitamix. If you have a smaller blender (like I do), you may want to cut the recipe in half.
