Instructions
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

NOTES
I like to use roasted coconut chips that you can find in well-stocked grocery and specialty stores. (I get mine at Trader Joes) They're crunchy and a lit bit sweet. But shaved or flaked coconut (either sweetened or unsweetened) will work too.
