Ingredients
Cranberry orange butter:
1/2cupsalted butter(113 grams), softened to room temperature
1/2cupdried cranberries(57 grams), finely chopped
1/4cuppowdered sugar(30 grams)
Zest of 1 orange
1/4teaspoonsalt
Cinnamon honey butter:
1/2cupsalted butter(113 grams), softened to room temperature
1/4cuphoney(80 grams)
1/2-1teaspoonground cinnamon,per your taste
1/4teaspoonsalt
Lemon herb butter:
1/2cupsalted butter(113 grams), softened to room temperature
1/4cupchopped mix of fresh herbs, like parsley, chives, thyme(15 grams)
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2teaspooncoarse salt
1/2teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
In 3 separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients for each flavor combination using a spoon or fork.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for a few weeks.
To freeze, dump onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log, twisting the edges on either side. Place in a freezer plastic bag and store in the freezer for several months.
