This grilled parmesan zucchini is the perfect easy seasonal summer side dish!

Ingredients
3small to medium zucchini
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Juice of ½ a lemon
½cupshredded parmesan cheese(or ¼ cup grated)
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Slice zucchini into quarters lengthwise. Slicing them this way ensures they’re large enough to not fall through the grill grates.
Combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning and a generous amount of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss zucchini in olive oil and then sprinkle with the seasoning.
Grill on each side 3-4 minutes until zucchini is softened and slightly charred.
Remove zucchini from the grill, top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
