This rich and chocolaty fudge frosting could not be easier to prepare. It's the perfect topping for cakes, cupcakes and more!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate , melted and cooled
  • 4 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups unsalted butter , at room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons whole milk, half and half, or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to incorporate. Process for a few seconds until smooth. If needed, scrape down any stray bits from the side of the bowl and pulse again for a few seconds.
