Cheesecake-Swirled Carrot Bundt Cake
Moist and flavorful carrot bundt cake with a surprise cheesecake swirl! It’s one showstopper of a dessert.
You probably don’t know that I’ve been a contributor to BettyCrocker.com for almost 4 years now. It’s been a fun little side job where I’ve had the chance to create a lot of great recipes. Some of my favorites include these cake mix cinnamon rolls, this super simple lemon icebox pie and this slow-cooker strawberry rhubarb crisp.
And now this cheesecake-swirled carrot bundt cake.
It turned out exactly how I wanted and I fell head over heels in love with that first slice. I don’t normally tease my Betty Crocker recipes here on my blog but this one was so great, I just had to share it with you.
100% homemade, this cake is filled with predictable carrot cake ingredients like shredded carrots, crushed pineapple, and pecans. It’s moist, with a hint of spice and a lot of flavor. But it’s what’s inside of this bundt cake that sets it apart— a delicious cream cheese swirl!
This cheesecake stuffed carrot cake is made to impress and is sure to wow everyone, whether you’re serving it at a family dinner or holiday party. It is just screaming to be a part of your Easter spread, so why not?
