Brown butter makes everything better, am I right?
When I saw these Brown Butter Biscuits on Spoon Fork Bacon back in November, I knew I had to have them. If only I wasn’t such a dilly-dally, I could have been enjoying them for months! They’re a fun change-up from my everyday buttermilk biscuits, and I loved how that first bite screamed BUTTER!
These biscuits would be perfect smeared with jam, or used to make a fun sandwich, but I couldn’t wait, and ate mine standing up at my kitchen counter the moment they came out of the oven. Incredible.
