Quarter Three, Weeks Nine and Ten
This week is my last week of classes for this quarter, and let me tell you, I am ready. It’s been a challenging quarter, what with getting married in the middle of it and all. Still, it’s been a good experience and I’m glad I didn’t take the quarter off, although I was very tempted. My Intro to Baking class has taught me a lot and at the same time, been a lot of fun. My Product and Purchasing class was a little more challenging, not in the sense that it was difficult but in that I had a hard time finding it relevant. I kind of feel like it was a waste of a whole lot of money, but maybe someday I’ll be grateful for it.

Last Thursday was our baking practical final exam. It was slightly stressful, mostly because none of the recipes seemed to be good, but we got creative and as a team still managed to pull off an A. Here are some pictures:
